What is the Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program?
FSS is a voluntary program that enables HUD-assisted families to increase their earned income and reduce their dependency on welfare assistance and rental assistance.

Financial Incentive
For residents to increase their earnings in the form of an escrow account that grows as residents' earnings increase.

Case Management
Access to a coordinator who serves as your advocate to support, guide, and coordinate services for residents on their self-sufficiency journey.
