Government Shutdown

Dear Residents,

As you may have heard, the federal government has shut down. We understand that this can cause concern, so we want to inform you about what to expect from the Roanoke-Chowan Regional Housing Authority (RCRHA) during this time.

What You Can Expect from RCRHA

• Weekly Updates: Every Friday, we will share an update about how the shutdown may affect your housing and services.
• A short update will be posted on Facebook.
• A full update will be available on our website (coming soon)
• Emergency Alerts: If something urgent changes (for example, if funding or services are delayed), we will let you know right away on Facebook and on our website.
• Your Housing & Services: Rent payments and housing assistance are still being processed.
• Maintenance services are continuing as usual.
