After the Weather Event

  • Once conditions are safe, maintenance staff will resume normal operations and address delayed work orders in the order received.
  • Please report any weather-related damage to your unit or common areas promptly.

Resident Safety Reminders

  • Stay indoors and avoid unnecessary travel during severe weather.
  • Keep emergency supplies on hand, including flashlights, batteries, medications, and bottled water.
