The Subject of the Public Hearing is the Annual Update of the Comprehensive Agency Plan for this Authority. RCRHA will accept written comments in lieu of verbal ones. Written comments will be considered as though they had been made in person. The draft plan is available at each of our property sites as well as the Central Office in Gaston, NC, for the convenience of our tenants.
This plan consists principally of a re-statement of this Authority's operating policies, plus the modernization program for federal fiscal years 2026-2030.
