Sealed proposals will be received by the Roanoke-Regional Housing Authority for CAPITAL FUND PROJECT NC 118-50119, NC 118-50120, & NC 118-50121 until 11:00 A.M., FRIDAY, JANUARY 27, 2023, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the Modernization of Projects NC 118-2, -3, -4, -5, -6, -7, and -12. Scope of work will consist of renovations and modernization of the existing project and includes, but is not limited to, the following items:
- Remove existing and provide new smoke detectors.
- Remove existing and provide new bathroom exhaust fans.
- Remove existing and provide new electrical panels.
- All other work in Project Manual, on Drawings, and as required by codes.
A Pre-Bid Conference has been scheduled for TUESDAY, JANUARY 17, 2023, at 11:00 AM. Meeting will be in-person at the Main Roanoke-Chowan Regional Housing Authority Administrative Office Building located at 205 Tinsley Way, Gaston, NC 27832. A site visit will follow.
