About RCRHA
Roanoke-Chowan Regional Housing Authority aims to ensure safe, decent, and affordable housing, create opportunities for residents' self-sufficiency and economic independence, and assure fiscal integrity by all program participants.

Resident Services
The Resident Services Department coordinates programs, activities, direct services, and referrals for RCRHA residents. Our Resident Services Department supports several initiatives, all of which are united in the overall goals of improving the quality of life for public housing residents, reducing dependence on the welfare system, and empowering our residents to take charge of their lives and their environment.
