At RCRHA, we administer Affordable Housing programs designed to serve as a stepping stone to a better life.
We encourage potential landlords, and community-based organizations to partner with us to make Halifax, Hertford, and Northampton Counties a better place to live, work, and relax.

RCHA sponsors community-based initiatives designed to break-the-cycle of poverty by reducing barriers that stifles self-sufficiency.
Our focus areas for community-based initiatives are education, employment, childcare, job training, technology, and transportation.
It is with the most gratitude, I thank RCRHA's Board of Commissioners and the Federal Regulators for their continued support and guidance.
I am deeply appreciative of my staff, who support my vision as we continue to navigate the perils of COVID-19 in the workplace.
I would be remise not to mention the landlords, institutions, agencies, and volunteers that have donated their time and resources to our often-vulnerable Residents in our communities.
